Enrollment, Renewal & Cancellation

Enrollment

Minimum three club shipments; first purchased at enrollment

Members must be 21 or older

Shipments only to states where wine can legally be shipped

Renewal & Cancellation

Membership auto-renews annually unless cancelled

Cancellation requests in writing, 7+ days before processing

Cancelling before all three allocations: $150 fee

Card billed automatically per announcement email (Feb, May, Oct)

Charge includes wine plus shipping and taxes

Shipping & Address Changes

Notify us of address changes 7+ days before shipment

Signature from someone 21+ required at delivery

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to commit to more than one shipment?

Yes — membership requires a minimum of three shipments, with the first purchased when you enroll.

How do I cancel my membership?

Email us in writing at least 7 days before the next scheduled processing date. Cancelling before your three required shipments are complete carries a $150 fee.

When will my card be charged, and for how much?

Automatically, on the date in your announcement email (sent February, May, and October). The charge covers wine plus shipping and tax.

Can I customize my shipment?

Yes, as long as your request comes in at least 24 hours before processing. Once a shipment ships, it's final — no exchanges or refunds.

What if I move or need to update my shipping address?

Let us know in writing at least 7 days before your shipment date. We're not responsible for wine sent to an old address or missed deliveries due to no one being available to sign.

What if my package needs to be redirected or reshipped?

Redirects are $25 and reshipments are $50 once the package has left our facility with tracking attached.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes, once per year — you'll be placed on hold, and your member benefits (including event tickets) pause until you're active again.

I'm a local member — how long do I have to pick up my wine?

90 days from the pickup date listed. Need more time? Give us two weeks' notice and we'll hold it for you.

What happens if it's too hot or cold to ship my wine safely?

We place it on a "Weather Hold" and store it with our shipping partner until it's safe to send. Your card is still charged on schedule, and you'll be notified with tracking once it ships.

Do I need to be present to receive my shipment?

Yes — an adult 21 or older must sign for delivery. We recommend a commercial address if a residential one isn't reliably staffed during business hours.
